Job description

We are looking for you to help shape the future of training for frontline workers and to expand, scale and optimize our product offering as part of a small but highly effective development team.


Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the conception, co-design, documentation and development of our applications using Javascript frontend frameworks
  • You will work closely with the UI/UX team
  • Our current focus is on Svelte or SvelteKit / TypeScript

Job requirements

  • You have at least six years of experience with TypeScript as a software engineer and very good knowledge in developing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Vitest, Puppeteer, Playwright, or a similar framework.
  • Bonus points: Experience in developing API and load tests. 
  • You are motivated to continue developing yourself in these areas and are eager to familiarize yourself with new topics and frameworks.

1. Kennenlernen:

Im ersten Videocall geht es um Dich sowie Deine Stärken, Ziele und Werte, die Dir wichtig sind. Wir wollen Dich richtig kennenlernen und herausfinden, ob wir zusammenpassen. Natürlich geht es auch darum, ob die Rahmenbedingungen für alle passen.



2. Inhaltlicher Deep Dive

Im zweiten Videocall geht es um deine Erfahrung im Detail. Wir geben dir einen Einblick in unser Produkt und Du hast die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen und Ideen zu äußern. Abschließend bekommst Du selbst eine kleine Aufgabe, die Du zum dritten Gespräch vorbereiten kannst.



3. Aufgabenvorstellung

Im dritten Videocall besprechen wir Deine Ergebnisse. Anschließend nehmen wir uns Zeit für Deine Rückfragen und Ideen. Abschließend klären wir die nächsten Schritte und vereinbaren gegebenenfalls einen separaten Termin, um mit Dir das Feedback zur Aufgabe durchzusprechen.



4. Team Kennenlernen

In der letzten Runde lernst Du Deine zukünftigen Kolleg:innen besser kennen und hast die Möglichkeit, alle Fragen loszuwerden, die Du zur Teamzusammenarbeit noch hast. Wenn Du mit dem Team matchst, besprechen wir abschließend die letzten Details und planen Dein Onboarding.
