Your daily business:

• Your contribution makes a difference: Through preparing in-depth financial analysis you will support strategic decisions while collaborating closely with our functional decision-makers across the company. 

• Transform our accounting operations with your visionary recommendations, implementing state-of-the-art  processes that drive excellence.

• Unleash the full potential of our accounting and internal control systems: Optimize software and databases for peak performance.

• Ignite progress and uncover opportunities by developing and monitoring dynamic business performance metrics that tell our story of continuous improvement.

• Accumulation, consolidation and analysis of comprehensive financial data: Prepare and update regular reporting materials and perform ad-hoc financial and industry related analyses to uphold strategic decision-making.

What we expect: 

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Finance (Budgeting, Planning, Building operational processes) or comparable areas, ideally rounded off by professional training or a university degree.

• You are experienced in working with analytic tools and (resulting) data and work indepentendly with them. Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you are able to present this data as well as complex financial issues in a simple and understandable way.

• With unwavering motivation and personal responsibility, you throw yourself into every task and don't let obstacles stop you.

• You have start-up experience and affinity and have accompanied at least one successful financing round (seed, series A/B) from a finance perspective. 

• You are at least business fluent in German and English.
