We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Owner (f/m/x) to join our ambitious team. As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a central role in shaping our product by translating customer needs, market trends and company goals into a unified language. You will work closely with different teams, e.g. Development and Sales, to drive the development of an innovative training platform that exceeds our customers' expectations. Your Tasks

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and market trends to ensure doinstruct remains at the forefront of innovation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Development and Sales to define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog based on customer value and our goals
  • Introduce and monitor key product metrics, perform data analysis and use customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Work closely with the development team and provide support throughout the product lifecycle

Job requirements

  • You have experience in SaaS product management in a successful startup/scaleup
  • You have high expectations of yourself and the product
  • You prefer open communication, continuous feedback and short decision paths
  • You enjoy working closely with Development and Sales to bring new features to life
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can communicate ideas clearly
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Im ersten Videocall geht es um Dich sowie Deine Stärken, Ziele und Werte, die Dir wichtig sind. Wir wollen Dich richtig kennenlernen und herausfinden, ob wir zusammenpassen. Natürlich geht es auch darum, ob die Rahmenbedingungen für alle passen.



2. Inhaltlicher Deep Dive

Im zweiten Videocall geht es um deine Erfahrung im Detail. Wir geben dir einen Einblick in unser Produkt und Du hast die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen und Ideen zu äußern. Abschließend bekommst Du selbst eine kleine Aufgabe, die Du zum dritten Gespräch vorbereiten kannst.



3. Aufgabenvorstellung

Im dritten Videocall besprechen wir Deine Ergebnisse. Anschließend nehmen wir uns Zeit für Deine Rückfragen und Ideen. Abschließend klären wir die nächsten Schritte und vereinbaren gegebenenfalls einen separaten Termin, um mit Dir das Feedback zur Aufgabe durchzusprechen.



4. Team Kennenlernen

In der letzten Runde lernst Du Deine zukünftigen Kolleg:innen besser kennen und hast die Möglichkeit, alle Fragen loszuwerden, die Du zur Teamzusammenarbeit noch hast. Wenn Du mit dem Team matchst, besprechen wir abschließend die letzten Details und planen Dein Onboarding.
